The bodies of the prosecutor's office of Viciebsk region revealed violations of the law in the activities of the enterprises included in the state association "Viciebsk concern "Meat and dairy products"."

This is the fourth edition of the yearbook "Gray Book. Chronicle of Human Rights Violations in the Viciebsk region". In addition to the print edition, the authors have placed it on the Internet electronic version that can be downloaded by anyone.

Human rights activist Valery Misnikov believes that everything that happened after the disappearance of his name from the list of members of the precinct commission №17 in Viciebsk can be regarded as a failure to act of the judiciary during the presidential election campaign. Prosecution officials deliberately withdrew from fulfilling their obligations under the state supervision of the electoral process.

Viciebsk pensioner Tatyana Sushkevich could not find help from the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus in Viciebsk Rail constituency №19 Sergey Bohan. The the deputy did not stop the eviction of the pensioner from departmental hostels belonging to JSC "Viciebskoblavtotrans."
