The residents of Viciebsk region got together with the post production of propaganda – colored postcard with a picture of Alexander Lukashenko and his signature on the reverse side. Requirements for the production of printed campaign violated, says activist Nikolai Petrushenka.

After three days of voting on practically every polling station in Viciebsk voted not less than 15% of the total number of registered voters. The daily gains, as if on cue, is five percent, which is suspected by independent observers – a suspicion that the presidential elections in the country implemented pre-written script.

Removal took place on the first day of early voting, although to this day problems with the registration and polling stations visited did not arise.
