At the end of August the administration of the Oktyabrsky district of Viciebsk district commissions were formed for the election of the President. At first glance, everything is done in accordance with the law. But that's no law stipulates that election commissions were formed on the production principle.
As a rule, all or nearly all commission members are employees of the same company or public institution. Moreover, the leaders of these enterprises and institutions and their deputies are heads of district commissions.
So, for example, the station commission of the polling station number 15, which is in a state educational institution "Secondary school number 10 in Viciebsk" Oktyabrsky district, consists entirely of employees of the institution. A commission headed by the director of secondary school number 10 Olga Koranevskaya. Her deputy in the election commission is the teacher of the Belarusian language and literature of the same school Elena Bryl, secretary of the commission of the district authority appointed deputy director on educational work of school number 10 Oksana Panteleyev. The other members of the precinct commission - school staff, who report directly to her director, who became now the chairman of the election commission.

One could argue as follows.
Elections - the political process, the result of which there is evidence of authority as the president of the country, and the vertical of executive power. Without appropriate general democratic procedures of the electoral process of international recognition of the elections is virtually impossible to achieve, and the non-recognition of the election results makes it difficult integration of Belarus into the European and global political and economic space.

The members of the commission, faced with the facts of gross violation of the electoral law, would not dare to make public not only the facts, but even make a remark chief-chairman is likely to be afraid. After all, every chief has plenty of leverage with which it can influence the fate of his subordinate. And the most effective of these levers - dismissal. That election commission members sign final protocols, even if at the time of calculation they had doubts reflected in the minutes of figures.
After analyzing data on the composition of precinct election commissions, you can draw a simple conclusion - almost all PEC Oktyabrsky district of Viciebsk formed on the production principle. This casts doubt on the fairness of the current election campaign. And as a result, now there are doubts about the reliability of the results of vote counting.
If the next time will not change anything in the formation of the PEC, the Belarus elections come close to the standards of electoral totalitarian North Korea from 100% turnout and one-the only candidate on the ballot. We go the right way, comrades?
