In Belarus in the autumn of this year must undergo regular elections to the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the country. In preparation for this event, the regional party structures revived its organizational and propaganda work. Among the parties who are going to participate in the election campaign, there is also the Republican Party of Labor and Justice.

At a meeting of the Viciebsk regional organization of the RPLJ, which took place on February 9 at the party office of Viciebsk, were selected delegates to the forthcoming congress of the party. At the congress, delegates from all regions of the country, among which will be twenty five representatives of the Viciebsk region, should resolve the issue of the nomination of candidates from the party's place in the Belarusian parliament.

The elections were not the only subject of discussion at the meeting. There were also questions of intra-party construction and the current planning activity of the primary organizations. As part of the meeting was a discussion on the general ideological and philosophical themes.

In addition, the present accepted into its ranks new members and even decided to spend this year, mass sports activities in all primary organizations of the Viciebsk region.

At the end of the meeting of the regional director of RPLJ Alexander Lukashok on behalf of the party organization congratulated the 62 th anniversary of the veteran party, one of the founders of its Viciebsk regional structure, the chairman of Lozna party nucleus Mikhail Petrovsky.
