A week ago the court of the Moscow district of Minsk has just fined her 25 basic units (5,250,000 rubles) for "participation in an unsanctioned rally" – in the meeting of entrepreneurs, held in Minsk on 18 January.

Shopping center “Evikom”, which from the beginning of the year is empty, has become a traditional meeting place of Viciebsk entrepreneurs. It is known that in the discussion of the prospects of working in conditions of the decree №222 here gathered representatives of various trade objects – as this issue of concern to all of them. Irina Yaskevich does not exclude that the next meeting of Viciebsk entrepreneurs have to spend on the street. Risk is necessary in any case: either to gather in the mall and come under repression by the administration “Evikom”, which is not satisfied with the presence at the meeting of "foreign" businessmen, or go to the street with the risk to be recognized by offenders on mass events legislation.
