Nadezhda Kukonos appealed the decision on punishment, and - a rare event - in the regional court listened to the arguments of the activists. The other day the decision of the trial court was canceled, and the case was sent for retrial.

The incident, which marked the beginning of the case, occurred near the bus station in Vitebsk in March. Nadezhda Kukonos requested police arrived at her call to those viewed recording surveillance cameras and interviewed witnesses that would have confirmed the fact of the conflict. However, police did not do anything steel.

On further activist says: "I have selected the mobile phone, wrung my hands, not allowed to take the robe and took me to the railway police station. Against me were made three administrative protocol: Article 17.6 of the Administrative Code - false messages that caused the response of police officers, under Articles 23.5 and 23.4 - insulting police and disobeying lawful orders of the police. On the same day I was taken to the courthouse and the Railway District Judge Degoda took its consideration administrative materials."

Nadezhda Kukonos continues: "March 13 court took a break in the hearing until March 21. By 21 March, I independently collected evidence of innocence: the data claimed CCTV cameras and copied them to your hard disk, found all the witnesses and their families, rewritten, paid their passage to Vitebsk, entered into an agreement with a lawyer and paid him."

"And here we are on March 21 friendly company - I am a lawyer and witnesses - appeared in court. Seeing our company, the judge Degoda, no explaining, refused to hold a hearing. And 2 months later, May 16, I received a letter with the agenda, from which I learned that I need to come to court on May 13. In other words, the time and place of the hearing I duly notified was not. May 16 of this agenda, I still came to the court and learned that on May 13, in my absence, without a lawyer, without questioning witnesses, without any investigation of circumstances of an administrative offense was fabricated Degodoy judge ruling that he recognized me guilty" - said Nadezhda Kukonos.

Now the decision against activists canceled. Honoured with Nadezhda Kukonos judge Svetlana Ivanova agreed that the case against her was carried out with violations of procedural law.
