More than 90% of individual entrepreneurs engaged in trade in manufactured goods in the territory of Co-operative market in Polotsk not come to work on July 1.

The basis for this decision was the entry into force of the decree № 222 "On the regulation of business and the sale of goods by individual entrepreneurs and other individuals", which the President signed in May.

This decree prohibits trafficking without certificates and documents accompanying the goods, including those imported from the countries of the Customs Union. Without documents to implement the remnants of the goods imported from Russia or Kazakhstan to July 1, 2014, can be up to 1 March 2015.

Entrepreneurs have repeatedly stated that this requirement is not feasible - the necessary documents virtually impossible to obtain from suppliers (mostly Russian), and work on the remains of the goods (if no size and range) is not cost-effective.

As to the opinion of entrepreneurs are not listened to, on the eve of July 1 they filed with the tax authorities "zero return."
