However, the fact of damage to the state enterprise application has been confirmed, the management of "Vitebskmyasomolprom" through the courts entrusted payment shortfalls on storekeeper, since they signed an agreement on collective liability.

To date, ten storekeeper repaid their parts shortages and sincerely rejoice that were not in prison.

And only one Elena Shendyukova remains consonant with the conclusions of the investigating authorities and court decisions and on this basis, refuses to compensate the shortage. She is still looking for the truth in prosecutors' offices and courts, insists on due diligence of "Vitebskmyasomolprom" to true wealth looters were identified and suffered a just punishment.
