In Połacak executive committee confirmed that people are familiar with the claims. It was agreed that the container yard – one of the most problematic in the city. However, according to deputy chairman of the executive committee of Połacak Alexander Mikhalevich, move it to another location is not possible:
– Building of the district is very dense. We examined all the courts in the district and other suitable places not found. No one will make a bin for half a kilometer. With regard to the legal norms, they are kept – the containers are located 20 meters from the windows of houses. Some residents suggested instead of container yard to put him to the car, which would have took away the trash. However, this option suits only pensioners and for those who spend most of the day is at work. If I lived in this yard, I would probably have this neighborhood, too, did not like.
