"The district inspector Vladimir Kasnov told me that the head of the employment center filed a complaint about the insult. Police initiated administrative proceedings under Article 9.3 "Insult conscious honor and dignity, expressed in an obscene manner." But I do not think there has been a kind of obscenity. Complaints to exist and to higher authorities reacted to the fact that there stated. And I wrote that on February 13, when I went to the employment center, the head of the institution behaved rudely, "the terrorists in Lugansk and Donetsk." In my opinion, there has been a violation of the law, and: I illegally removed from the register for unemployment. During the hearing on this issue and there was an incident. In these cases a month ago I filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office ", - said Leonid Autukhou.
Activist does not exclude that the police filed a complaint for insulting - a place manager employment center. Since the prosecutor's office checks the work of the institution. Leonid Autukhou told the prosecutor that the center offers employment to unemployed job, which does not really exist. And so directly to enterprises or denied employment or offer another job. Which, for example, does not meet the qualifications or need to work for very low wages.
Mr. Autukhou was forced several times to abandon the proposed work, as the center of his employment directed at one position, and the place offered a completely different. After three unsuccessful attempts of such employment center, he was informed that he broke the rules, and now it is removed from the register for unemployment. He had received a written warning for deregistration dated 23rd January, but it said that, in view of Leonid Autukhou removed another 14 of January. To specify the date, and most importantly, to express their disagreement, February 13, he came to the employment center, as he had done on a monthly basis.

If the court finds a comparison with a "terrorist in Lugansk and Donetsk" insult, Leonid Autukhou can be fined up to 20 basic units.
