Novopolotsk Court on August 28 issued a decision to fine civic activist Yevgeny Parchinski. Amount of the fine amounted to 7.5 million rubles. The court found the activist guilty of promoting plant workers "Polymir" in getting fake summons the police to justify the fact that they are absent from work. The prosecutor tried to attribute activist still a number of violations of the law, such as fraud and incitement to bribery, but in the court of such actions have not been confirmed.
