Lyudmila Tereshonkova, worked in the junior school (CYSS) of Olympic reserve number 4, a janitor, said his dismissal was politically motivated.
Lyudmila Ignatyevna was dismissed on October 10 in connection with the termination of the employment contract. As part of the administration no complaints about the attitude of the BPF party activist to his employment duties were not, it assumes that the non-renewal of the contract can be explained only by the rejection of the active social and political position, which it occupies.
Says Ms. Lyudmila "Janitor (0.75 rate), I worked in good faith, had no complaints, did not enter into conflicts. The team knew that I am a member of the Belarusian Popular Front, that participate as observers in the elections, but negative on this occasion no one spoke. Yes, I will not deny it, sometimes those who are interested, I brought some papers to read. Before the elections from our director, it was stated that no newspapers and no campaigning is not working was not. I told his colleagues prevention. No agitation in those days I did not hold, and did not bring any papers.
A month before the end of my contract I was warned about this. I wrote a statement on the extension of the contract, which stated that I am satisfied with even this option, in which I will modify at least until December. I refused. I do not agree with this decision and wrote two statements, one in management of sports and tourism of Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, the second - in a similar structure Executive Committee. No posts yet.
Given the fact that at the moment is forced to perform the work of a janitor, my husband, it is clear that I was fired without any connection with the production necessity or a possible refresh rate. But the one activity that I showed earlier, and now, during this presidential campaign - it is quite evident and obvious. Therefore, I am inclined to believe that my dismissal was solely for political reasons."
During the presidential campaign Lyudmila Tereshonkova actively manifested itself in the role of an observer at the polling station №15, located in the building of 31-th school. In a short time the actions of the Commission, it has undertaken three complaints.
At the end of one day of early voting, she looked into the booth for secret will and saw that in a sample of the votes necessary for a sign that they should be put on the ballot, standing in front of a third candidate - just where on the ballot is the name of Lukashenko. Although the name of the sample was fictional, she wrote a complaint, which demanded that the Commission change the location of the sign. The Commission listened to the request of the observer, and the location of the tick changed, putting it in front of the first names where on the ballot was the name of the presidential candidate S. Haidukevich.
The second complaint filed by her, concerned the removal of ballot boxes for early voting from polling. She carried off far down the hall to the office, located at the other end of the building. An observer also demanded that the office be sealed at night. The next day the Commission had found boxes for office, located closer to the place of voting.
On the day of the primary vote during the vote count BPF activist has complained about the lack of a transparent and open procedure of counting of votes.
As suggested by Lyudmila Tereshonkova, the election results are very much influenced by the fact that the authorities take full advantage of the administrative reserve. Through the media people are simply prepared, they brought to the desired outcome for the government.
Practice shows that in the modern Belarusian ordinary citizens to challenge their unlawful dismissal is as difficult, and sometimes impossible as losing candidate in the presidential recount to achieve at least one polling station, even with enough for a good reason.
