None of the 21 th picket requests for which the district administration filed Viciebsk members of the CCP BPF is not allowed. Pickets in support of a boycott of the event, which the opposition called "pseudo-" had to go through all parts of the city during the week and end on the last day of voting on 11 October.

The experts gathered in front of Viciebsk residents were ex-speaker of the Armed Forces Mieczyslaw Hryb and political analyst Oleg Lahvinets, played the leading role the deputy chairman of the movement "For Freedom" Yuri Hubarevich.

On September 23, the first day of duty precinct commissions observer Leonid Gorovoj, who is the coordinator of the observation of the movement "For Freedom" in the Vitebsk region, recorded violations at five polling stations in Haradok where the ballot at the place of residence of voters was made from 87 to 360 people.

By applications lodged with the district administration of the city, have signed five members of the Conservative Christian Party Belarusian Popular Front. All they want to spend 21 picket daily, one in each of the three areas of Viciebsk, starting from 5 October to the last day of voting on October 11.

Chairman of the Central Election Commission Lidziya Yarmoshyna has not responded to the proposal of the opposition and did not seek the leadership of the presidential administration and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus. Now Viciebsk members of the Conservative Christian Party BPF seek contacts with observers and going to urge voters to boycott the "pseudo– election".
