Employees of "Haradok rayagropromsnab" on Wednesday morning announced a strike. The reason – they are going to recognize the company bankrupt. Strikers do not agree, and they want to save jobs. According to the workers, now in Haradok district there are no vacancies for 168 people from "Rayagropromsnab". In addition, people are afraid of losing a house and a farm.
– We decided that we will come to work today, but will not do anything. On strike – told the milkmaid who work on a farm in the village Łažani. It is said that the strike and several farms. – Our company is going to recognize bankrupt. December 16 documents will be in the economic court. But if the company is declared bankrupt, then we have, it turns out, cut.
– Well, arrange on the strength of 20 men, and the other where? In the Haradok we have no jobs. Where shall we go? And we have here and the family, and the house – outraged milkmaids. – If we are laid off and evicted from the service housing. Some of it was privatized, but it turned out that the privatization performed correctly. And now we put $ 80 million in privatization.
– It turns out that the work will not, and the debt still remains – people say.
As explained in the accounting department of the enterprise, financial affairs are sad. Now debt of "Rayagropromsnab" is 120 billion.
– But there are improvements, – they say here. – We went to the second place in the area of milk yields. Last year it was 4.5 liters per cow, and now 9 liters. We pay salaries, tax payments, current payments and a little bit trying to pay principal. Moreover, we do not take any credit. We try to do everything yourself. Yes, and wages rose. If paid in January of 1.2 – 1.8 million, now has an average of 2.5. A dirty and some 4.5 million out.
– We're not the worst economy in the region – explain workers. – Why not give us a chance?

Now documents are prepared for recognition of its bankruptcy. What decision will make economic court, I do not know. Will it bankrupt or not, before the court to argue can not. But the fact that the enterprise debt and not enough revenue to pay off debt and pay salaries, it's true. And they have only debts accumulated. So you need also something to do with the loss-making enterprises. Even if there is a bankruptcy, the salary will be paid in the first place. As this procedure is not as fast, it will take at least a year.

– And there will take action. Still, the farm will be somewhere transfer to neighboring businesses. We will somehow solve the issue.
