Both applicants received the refusals. The administration of Zheleznodorozhny district of Viciebsk banned a two-hour rally for CCP BPF member Jan Derzhavtsev, and the Viciebsk regional executive committee denied Kastus Smolikov, chairman of Viciebsk regional organization of the party BPF, permission to hold a protest rally on March 25 and march.

On March 21, the Oktyabrsky District Court examined administrative cases against two participants of a protest rally held in Viciebsk on February 26. The result of consideration: 50 base units (1150 rubles) of fine Tatiana Severinets, and 30 base (690 rubles) – Kirill Tatarevich.

The reason for the control was violation of the General Agreement by the Belkhimprofsoyuz. Training for journalists of the region to create a regular smartphone news video was held on March 3 and 4 in Połacak. The training was conducted by the experienced video operator of Belsat TV channel, photographer, head of the Barysaŭ branch of the Belarusian Association of Journalists Alexander Zenkov. Journalists from Viciebsk, Hłybokaje and Połacak took part in the training.

In the evening of March 6 at Krasnoarmeyskaya, 13 democratic activists gathered to discuss current issues. The "March of the Non-Monkeys", planned in Vorša on March 12, was also discussed.
