The General Council to establish an international public association “For honest government” includes 12 people. “As the 12 Apostles”, - joked at the founding meeting initiator of the organization Peter Ivanov. Among those who joined the Council, in addition to Peter Ivanov, there are other well-known activists in Vitebsk - such as, for example, Dr. Igor Postnov.

Although, according to the accepted position at the meeting, the General Council is formed only from the citizens of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, its activity is assumed expend to many countries. According to the ideological mastermind “For honest government” Peter Ivanov, after six months the number of members of the General Parliament could increase from the current 12 to 220 people – and they will be from different countries: Poland, Germany and even Honduras.

Peter Ivanov at a meeting was elected as a chairman of the General Council. He said that soon a new international public association of members of the General Council will try to register - either in Belarus, or (if it does not here) in any other democratic country.
