Test revealed the facts of improper control of the executive committees for the use of real estate transferred under investment projects, as well as cases where violations of law related to the failure of buyers mandatory conditions of sale of real estate and improper control of executive committees for this work led to significant deterioration of the objects, their destruction.

Causes and conditions of violations of legislation are the lack of systematic work to control the disposal of state assets, a formal approach to this work by officials of the executive committees, as well as the Vitebsk Oblast Territorial State Property Fund " Vitebskoblimuschestvo " insufficient knowledge of these workers with the requirements of current legislation and the lack of adequate control of the management of the work of subordinates, stated Natalia Sevryukova.

She also noted that the violations indicate lack of effective disposal of state assets and require the adoption of additional measures for the proper organization of work in this area of activity.
