In Vitebsk, a coalition of joint celebration of Freedom Day on March 25. The coalition includes the majority of the opposition political forces operating in the region: the BPF, the Movement "For Freedom", the United Civil Party, the organizing committee of the party "Belarusian Christian Democracy", the Belarusian Social Democratic Party (Hramada) and the unregistered Belarusian Social Democratic Party (Narodnaya Hramada).

Coalition chairman elected Leanid Autuchou, head of the regional branch of the BPF.

Coalition members decided to organize a rally on Freedom Day. Corresponding application to hold it will be filed in the district of Vitebsk Railroad Administration. The rally will be held in a place designated by the authorities against public events - in the park railway, near the stadium "Locomotive".

It is assumed that dozens of residents of Vitebsk will take part in the action.
