The woman left two daughters-teenagers without housing to pay off their debts. She laid a three-room well-maintained apartment, having issued a fictitious gift agreement to the lender. Two of her daughters, one of whom was 16, and the other 17 years old, at that time lived with relatives.
The fact that underage girls are at risk of being left without housing has been revealed during the prosecutor's inspection. Now, on the suit of the prosecutor's office, the deal was declared invalid.
Financial problems for a woman started because of troubles with business, then arrears on rent, then unpaid administrative fines for various violations, including for petty hooliganism, gathered. In addition, she began to have problems with alcohol, other people began to appear in the house. The adolescent girls themselves even applied to the guardianship authority, asked to influence the mother.
In the end, the family, which used to be quite prosperous and wealthy, was recognized as being in a socially dangerous situation. The girls went to live with relatives and lived there for about a year. And their mother, not seeing the way out of the debt hole, decided to mortgage an apartment.
"Now the woman is deprived of parental rights, and a number of employees of the guardianship and trusteeship agencies, educational institutions and police for lack of work with the family were brought to disciplinary responsibility, – said Anton Volkov, a senior assistant to the regional prosecutor on the supervision of the implementation of the legislation on minors and youth. – The problem is that prevention services often do not pay attention to certain signs of socially dangerous situation of children. If parents do not work or abuse alcohol, these services work in these areas. But there are cases when the deprivation of a child of housing or a place of residence or expulsion from a home are left without attention. But this is also a sign of the socially dangerous situation of the family. With regard to this situation, we hope that a woman can remedy the situation, return her children and former prosperity".
