In Połacak, human rights activist Yury Belsky on March 23, policemen tried to deliver a summons. Yuri was invited to come to the Investigation Committee on March 24 by 4:00 pm.
Belsky refused to receive a summons and sign for her receipt.
Two militiamen came to the human rights defender at his place of residence and for a long time rang and knocked at the door. Yuri opened the door for them, as he was tired of listening to this noise. On the landing there stood a lieutenant and a sergeant:
"Here you go, you have a summons." And sign it.
"I will not get anything," Yuri answered.
"No, well, you take and sign. You can call here…""I'm not calling anywhere." Go, I have other plans for tomorrow. I will be busy with the child tomorrow all day. For what reason is the agenda?"
"I don’t know. We were instructed to give you".
Yury Belsky did not take up the agenda, and the militiamen left, never having fulfilled the instructions.
The militia officers of the Połacak Regional Department of Internal Affairs also distributed similar agendas to other Połacak public activists. In particular, it is known about the delivery of the agenda to the activist of the entrepreneurs of the Połacak market Gennady Berdenev. An activist of entrepreneurs is invited to come to the Połacak Interdistrict Investigation Committee on March 24 to 16:20.
Yuri Belsky does not understand: "And here is the investigative committee? A coup in the country, or what? Maybe the Połacak investigation of all public activists suspects of robbing a savings bank in the village of Farinovo, committed on March 1? "
Recently detained Belsat journalists were interviewed in the Połacak police for involvement in robbery in Farinovo.
In Połacak on March 26 a peaceful national assembly is planned.
