Day of February 26, 2017 Viciebsk citizens will remember for a long time. Indignation decree №3 withdrew to protest a large number of citizens. Such manifestations of dissent among the citizens was not, perhaps, since the time of the restructuring.
People began to gather at the Victory Square in twelve. After half an hour the number of dissatisfied decree against "parasites" reached two thousand. This was not yet in Viciebsk. It is very indicative of the fact that on the opposite side of the square, where people celebrated Pancake week, the number of participants was an order of magnitude less.
No megaphones were not, but that did not stop to speak to anyone who had the desire.
One speaker recalled the 41-th article of the Constitution, which guarantees citizens the right to work, as the most decent way of self-affirmation. And the role of the state in this case should be to create conditions for full employment.
– Whether it be observed? – Asked the woman.
– No! – Loudly cried the crowd.
– Thus the Constitution turns into a blank paper – and it has made today's power.
– They fatten, they feel good, and we believe they are for cattle!
– Parasites – they, and not the people who travel to other countries, but here driven earnings.
– The main parasite in Sochi, – said a middle-aged man, prompting loud laughter of the crowd.
– Well done – supported remark someone who did not dare to speak out so strongly.
– Our money eats!
– Under the Constitution power belongs to the people, so the officer of any rank should hear the voice of the people, and not that "I built", "I gave", "I-I-I-I..."
– Has nothing to be afraid of, and has nothing to lose! – Said the woman, driving by self and others undercover, unconscious fear of the Belarusian soul.
– We are – a tolerant, hard-working people, and not one of us should be doing lousy fleas.
Thirst for change, perhaps – the most important of the protest slogans that sounded. And there were many slogans: "Basta", "No decree number three! Lukashenka, go away!", "Do not pay taxes!" ,"Lukashenka, Step Down!".
After most of those who have so pent up that they could not remain silent, spoke in the air was a pause. Therefore, a call to get to the Liberty Square has fallen by the way.
People under white-red-white flag unitedly and enthusiastically moved column on Lenin Street. Drivers of cars and buses of protesters greeted with loud signal horns.
The protesters passed the Freedom Square and came right up to the Lenin Square. Here, on the steps of the Viciebsk Oblast Philharmonia, hosted the second meeting under the same slogans that were heard earlier in Victory Square.
