It was noted at the visiting session of the Commission on Juvenile Affairs under the Council of Ministers, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Natalia Kochanova, which took place in Tałačyn.
According to the deputy chairman of the commission on juvenile affairs of the Viciebsk Oblast Executive Committee Tamara Olehnovich the past 15 years, Europe has experienced a steady decline in the level of youth crime. And for the first 9 months of 2016, unfortunately, the number of crimes increased by 2 and amounted to more than 191. And it became offenses committed by a group of persons. 70 out of 191 crimes in the account of pupils of vocational education institutions.
The meeting analyzed the work Tałačyn regional executive committee for the prevention of crime among persons under 18 years of age. From 7 murders committed by teenagers in the country for 9 months, one occurred in Tałačyn.
