On October 20, Połacak hosted a presentation of the two-volume "Połacak charters XIII – beginning of XVI century". The publication includes 12 new texts that have not been previously published.

The edition "Połacak charters" is a scientific publication of the oldest documents on the history of Połacak land and covers the period between 1263-1511 years.

The joint work of Russian and Belarusian scientists in the preparation of the book stretched to 10 years. The study of documentary sources held in the archives of Berlin, Warsaw, Vilnius, Minsk, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Riga, St. Petersburg.
