Economic Court of the Viciebsk region declared bankrupt OJSC "Haradok rayagropromsnab" and opened against the debtor's liquidation proceedings, the judge said Erik Bagdasarov.

The decision was made on the basis of the decision of the creditors meeting, which approved the plan of liquidation of the company. As the analysis of the financial condition of the company, it is insolvent, and the insolvency becomes sustainable. The total amount payable exceeds 7.2 million rubles. Elimination Period is set for August 2017.

According crisis manager Leonid Mikhailov, for 7 months of 2016, the company worked with a net loss of 128 thousand rubles. In 2016, it attracted 495,000 rubles of investments in fixed assets for its own account. In 2015, the figure was around 170 thousand.

However, managing the company's argument recovery capabilities Court considered unreasonable, since the analysis provided by the recovery plan indicates the impossibility of settlement with creditors in strict deadlines stipulated in the legislation for this procedure. Moreover, the debtor continues to generate losses, and their decline in most recent quarter does not eliminate loss-making enterprises. In addition, the bankruptcy creditors rejected a reorganization plan and approved the plan of liquidation of the debtor.

"In this situation, the legislation provides for the ability to save the company at the conclusion of a settlement agreement with its creditors to which you can go only after the repayment of arrears of wages to workers of bankrupt enterprises", – said Erik Bagdasarov.

JSC "Haradok rayagropromsnab" created in 2001 by transforming the Haradok District venture logistics agriculture, specializes in the production of agricultural products (milk, meat, cattle, grain, industrial and forage crops). There are about 150 people work in the enterprise.
