In anticipation of the start of the campaign for election of deputies to the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the coordinator of the organizing committee of the party "Belarusian Christian Democracy" in the Viciebsk region Tatiana Sevyarynets answered the questions of our correspondent.

Mrs. Tatiana, do you think that is a reason for this persistent refusal of the authorities to register the BCD?

"Belarusian Christian Democracy" authorities do not register either as a party or a movement. In addition, in regions ignored by several dozen of registration attempts of the Christian Democratic Union. The fact that everyone on whom the check, probably, well remember the long-standing statement by the President, that "will not be registered BCD never" – does not help any lifting of sanctions or the next period of liberalization in relations with the West.

You know, the authorities have a lot of impact on the mechanisms of the common man, to find the formal grounds for refusal of registration. When a job with the pensioner (BCD member), which is very afraid of losing a source of additional income – in fact we have scanty pension – two people come from Uspenka and cause to speak, the result is predictable – the person refuses his signature ...

However, we have not recorded primarily for the reason that we are in a very active civil position. Our campaign "People's Deputy" and "People's control" have not gone unnoticed.

It's hard not to agree with you: against the background of political and social apathy in the country of your activities activists did not go unnoticed. Please tell our readers about their deeds and achievements.

In Viciebsk in 2010, is actively working with citizens on topical social issues: street lighting, new routes and the improvement of public transport, the organization of bike paths, a decision the fate of "Building Trust №9» ruined building, which for ten years passed from hand to hand . There are on our account and participate in national campaigns to support entrepreneurs in defense of life, the prohibition of alcohol advertising on television ... Now there is a petition for a comfortable transition to the street Actors Eremenko and improving traffic bus №33. And, as experience shows, though not immediately, but in the end the authorities have to reckon with us.

Since 2014, we come to grips with the state of medicine. It was organized by the initiative "quality medicine in Viciebsk for all" and began collecting signatures for the construction of outpatient complex Bileva. District, built with taxpayers' money, surprised almost complete lack of social amenities, among which there are except that only the shops, built on the money of private traders. The lack of clinics for the thirty people Bileva-1, Bileva-2 and Bileva-3 is the biggest problem.

To date, the site designated for social facilities completely abandoned. There's a horse is not lying everywhere shrub ranked school boards thrown into the pit, standing water. The kindergarten is constructed of red brick, but experts say that only one season to the beginning of the bricks crumbled to pieces, even if its conservation polyethylene. This failure occurs and a polyclinic in the south-7, which is not built since 2010.

When officials say: "There are no money", "It happened", and thus do not have any credible explanation of the reasons for this condition, is it before the government faces us? This random people in office who have no responsibility for anything.

We recently asked city deputies question: "Where is the money to the polyclinic complex in Bileva?" And you know what was heard in the answer? – "And it was not planned at all the construction ..."

From the reports in the media know that BCD will take part in today's parliamentary elections. What are the goals you set for yourself?

In the parliamentary elections, we go to the part of the right-centrist coalition. Personally, we expect to advance in the Viciebsk region of six candidates, two of them – Viciebsk.

Of course, there is no choice, but we will use the official the possibility of tighter working with people, because a lot of problems not only in Bilevaa constituency. By the way, I have reviewed the program of the current deputy Mikhail Volkov. It refers specifically to accelerate the construction and polyclinic complex and kindergarten and school in Bileva and clinics in the district of South-7 ... But none of these problems are not solved, no one item is not executed ...

By the way, I recently tried to book an appointment with the deputy and asked in his waiting room. Assistant heard the questions I want to address, immediately tensed and assured them that the deputy knows and keeps under control. A day later she called and expressed the opinion that perhaps the deputy did not accept me, because I live in a different constituency. But he can not take his voters that I will come to it?

Using a rare opportunity permitted to communicate with voters, we will try to carry out a useful campaign. I also suggest to nominate candidates for deputies of the House of Representatives, but, taking into account my active civil position, now more than convinced that I will not be registered.
