The delegation of businessmen from various shopping centers and markets of Viciebsk Regional Executive Committee, visited on January 6. Owners gave the authorities a decision the previous day meeting that will not start until it is canceled by the decree number 222.

After the meeting where it was decided to visit the authorities, entrepreneurs in the regional executive committee, it seems to have been waiting for. At least, they have organized a meeting with representatives of a number of critical services, says Irina Yaskevich, head of the organizing committee of the trade union of entrepreneurs "Together":

"Representatives of the shopping centers "Evikom" and "Belarus", markets "Paŭdniovy", "Połacki" and "Smalenski" today, as agreed at the meeting yesterday, visited the Executive Committee. We were going to leave the decision of the meeting to explain why the decree number 222 for us impracticable. We were received by Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee Oleg Matskevich, quickly gathered representatives of the regional tax office, the department of trade, the State Standard and Enterprise Department. We talked for over an hour, about an hour and a half. Our explanations have heard that some have tried to challenge. We first of all explained that we do not need a delay and transfers, as the situation will only worsens. We asked to be included in the Regional Business Council of our representatives, including from the regions. Perhaps it will give us three seats on the board, and then there are people who can represent the interests of entrepreneurs."

Problems associated with the decree number 222, was only discussed. Entrepreneurs of Viciebsk and other cities in the area and did not go to work, stop on January 1st. The mood of the poor people – cannot work, as without proof of certification of goods can come under heavy fines or confiscation, says the market "Paŭdniovy" Andrew Zakrewsky:

According to the delegate to Executive Committee Ruslan Burakov, chairman of the Business Council "Połacki" of the market, the issue of the decree number 222 should be resolved not at the level of the regional executive committee, and above:

"I am pleased that the authorities have heard adopted. Since the beginning we were offered just leave our documents in reception. But we agreed to. We are well aware that at this level, the issue is not solved. In all of our questions they have, of course, ready-made answers. But we hope that our questions will pass above the provincial officials, and there, above, will be made a decision. We would like him not to delay to decide quickly. For we do not want no meetings, no spontaneous protests – we just want to work. "

Until that Viciebsk businessman will not work. Markets and shopping malls will be empty at least until 12 January. On this day, the next scheduled meeting of the Trades, which will discuss the results of the campaign in the executive committee, and it will be decided what to do next.
