Prosecutors of Viciebsk region analyzed the safety and proper operation of the housing stock. Tests show that the landlord with delay repair and overhaul of buildings, commit other violations of housing laws.
According to the prosecutor's department of the Prosecutor's Office of Viciebsk region Marina Zaprudskaya, in the survey of the housing stock in Viciebsk city, Dubroŭna, Miory, Vorša, Hłybokaje and some other districts of the facts revealed partial destruction of balconies, loggias, and other elements. In some cases, emergency balconies were over walkways, creating a danger for the life and health of citizens.
In addition, the building operated with improper condition of the foundation, cracks and other defects of the walls (Navapołacak city, Šumilina, Połacak, Haradok districts). The number of houses in Brasłaŭ, Vierchniadźvinsk, Dokšycy, Tałačyn, Čašniki districts is not excluded outsiders access to the basement and attic.
