But the point of our work consists precisely in the fact that they were not the same persons who visit us each year. The idea that people learned about us coming. When we come to such stars as Yuri Zhigamont or Zmitser Vaitsyushkevich, who was in the last year, some of that crowd that came to see and hear exactly this particular staff, people are 10-20 and become our regular listeners. For example, those customers who first came to class to us on September 23 when he came Yuri Zhigamont, now form the backbone of the new courses. A month passed, and these people were. We also have a dozen people, who in the past season as serviceable disciples went nearly every occupation, in the new academic year, they came to us as well.

Tell me, Sergei, what changes in your work occurred or will occur in the new school year?

Since the beginning of the season moved their classes from Sunday to a weekday. This shift has contributed to what was to come more students who could not otherwise attend us as weekend left to parents.

And another change: from November 4, moving to a new place in the conference hall of the tourist cabin "Ilawa". We move not because of what we do not like something in "Zadźvińnie". We like it very much, because in addition to all the amenities of our listeners are also able to view the new exhibition. And there is a cool hall and classroom building. But the fact that people through social networks threw us messages about what this is – first of all, away from the stop. It does not matter when it was a weekend and it was a bright day. But with changing times we lost employment is very important for us, part of the audience: students. We lost due to the fact that parents do not let their evening classes, which begin at 18:30, and about 21 hours are over. It's late, and far from the bus stop and a bit dark. A "Ilawa" – the center of the city, is a light, transport nearby. Especially because we are always trying as close as possible to the center. If we get there, it is hoped that even more people will come.

Are not you afraid that after some time, visitors will lose interest in your studies? And what steps are being taken to prevent this happen?

We have repeatedly said that this is the school where every year the same thing, we can not be. Topics we are always new, we do not repeat topics. The only exception, when people are asked to carry out a similar exercise again. For example, the theme of "The symbolism of numbers" – we have already touched on it earlier, but the people are interested to know more about it.

Now teachers of courses from different cities lit up another initiative: to travel to each other and see how the others out there, what's new and interesting things happening. Despite the fact that the program is as if one and the same, yet each works differently. Here Kolosovsky Yuri arrived, looked like it happens with us. We'll go up to him to see how he teaches grammar, as this is completely different. I know that there is an interesting and thorough, he has more interactive, so you should learn from him. I think it's not only your initiative?

October 28th our business we are dedicated to the Belarusian theater "Lalka". We want to celebrate with him his 30-year anniversary, which "Lalka" invited us to her house. It will not be the last retreat session. We plan to negotiate with any sponsors who would give us rent a bus, was taken to Zaronava. However, despite the change of format classes, we always remember that no matter how cool, grammar, which can be, for someone is the most tedious aspect of our courses, must remain an integral part thereof. Sergey, please tell a few words about the gender composition of your courses. Women obviously prevail?

If we talk about the gender composition of our listeners, it is somewhere in the 60 to 40 percent. The age composition of the segment even more diverse. There are young and more mature people. Diverse audience: students and pupils, and heads there, and ordinary people.

What do you think, was whether the Belarusian language in the city of more than due to your courses?

We have worked only one season, but I think the language has increased. At the meetings of our students is required to communicate in Belarusian. Interestingly, older people, people from the arts to language learning are even more seriously than the youth. For example, Mikhail Zenkov, carver of Pipes, completely passed to the Belarusian language. As he explains: "visitors from Russia and say we want to see and feel the Belarusian Belarusian. Before, everyone was in itself, and it was much more difficult to talk. Now people feel that there is a community. Although the human reaction to the Belarusian-language companion different. But there are people who want to learn something new and to move forward and do something at the same time give to people. So among these people there will always be understanding.

We plan to Sergei Douhushau with the group "Vuraj", November 11, we must come to the group "Relic" with the presentation of his new album. I would like to make even a small press conference, because I believe that now in the domestic music – it is a real phenomenon of a high professional level.
