In the public areas of Viciebsk on government buildings and shops were posters informing citizens that October 11 elections in the country. Also, reports of the election date appeared on the pages of the local state press. Refresh and sites of executive committees – now there is a banner election theme.

Perhaps this is the only signs of approaching elections – the inhabitants of the city the main political event of the year is a little worried: judging by the conversations between people in the streets, little interest in the elections, the future candidates and their programs there.
