United Civil Party Orsha regional executive committee is not allowed to hold pickets. Total party activists applied for six pickets. Of these, three were to be held May 24 in some places for such activities: near the cafe "Aronia" in the Park of Heroes in the park and flax. Three more were to be held in the same place on 25 May.

The purpose of the pickets: to bring to the residents of the party's position on preventing the introduction of forced labor in the country, as provided for by presidential decree number 3.

But traditionally Orsha, applications for pickets whirled to "carousel" prohibitions. Police refused to sign an agreement with the organizers for the protection of order, citing the fact that the pickets did not give permission to the executive committee. But the executive committee, in turn, explained its refusal by the fact that the organizers have not concluded an agreement with the police. Medical workers as before, saying that their pricelist is not spelled paid service events, though without providing such services a mass event, according to the decision of the authorities is impossible.
