Secondly, I planned to picket at designated locations but at an unusual time, one at 8 am, the second at lunch, and the third - at 21:59 pm - exactly one minute before the end of the term, while the law allows the action. the result is the same as before: in response to the three applications - three of the ban, "- said Paul Levinau.

Human rights activist notes that since the adoption in 2009 of the very solutions Vitebsk City Hall in the city was not allowed any mass action on the initiative of the democratic forces. According to Paul Levinau, in the regional center all the time violated the rights of citizens to peaceful assembly and freedom of expression.

Paul Levinau chose their own tactics to combat this situation: their statements on the shares he brings to the situation with the prohibitions of absurdity. He hopes that finally the authorities become embarrassing to look in the eyes of citizens of some eccentrics, prohibiting human rights activist to go to the store, because it can be considered as "procession" of Vitebsk. Or, for example, prohibiting the assembly of citizens, which must have been talking about a healthy lifestyle - a collection of Paul Levin was willing to spend in the bath.
