Atmosphere at the factory
Workers of "Fiberglass" are not satisfied by low earnings in the enterprise and disrespectful attitude towards them and the authorities try to protest their ways. Many are looking for another job and quit trying. But the administration strongly inhibits the dismissal of workers: using the contract system of employment, does not dismiss until the end of the contract.
So many workers are on layoff through deliberate violation of labor discipline. During 2013 81 workers at "Fiberglass" was fired for absenteeism or administration coming to work drunk. All these workers is the factory director's "Belkhimprofsoyuz", which is not working and hoping that he would protect their rights. However, to join the Free Trade Union workers still afraid - because of persecution by the administration.
