The background is as follows. 37-year-old K., resident of Dubroŭna district, has more than once served time, including for murder. Again caught stealing, he tried to escape from punishment. First, the judge accused the elderly in intimate relationship with a young girl, a state prosecutor. Then defamatory story invented for the investigator. And then he rebuked the prosecutor that she allegedly took a bribe from him on account of the remission of his sins.

And even after the guilty verdict, and recidivist was passed appointed another term of imprisonment, K. continued to dream. Even in prison. Dubroŭna district prosecutor Yevgeny Avtsin, which supported the prosecution in the course of the last trial, said:

– For a short time, the defendant wrote a lot of slander in various instances. But as they say, patience is over. There was a new trial. As the victims it was the prosecutor, investigator and judge. For their affront, as well as for knowingly false report of a felony by an official (bribery) the offender has received an additional 5 years in prison. Now K. will spend in prison for a total of 8 years.
