The company found itself in a difficult situation due to the fact that Russia has cut oil supplies to Belarus. This was told by the chairman of the primary trade union organization of JSC "Naftan" Belarusian Independent Trade Union (BNP) Gennady Varona.
"Decreased processing, and profits decreased accordingly. Meanwhile, the plant continues reconstruction. So the problem is. The growth of salaries frozen: prices are rising, while wages remain unchanged. Some shops have even her slight fall," – said the trade union leader.
He also said that BNP suddenly have a problem with the spread of "Naftan" union information:
"Even under the previous chairman of the trade union organization (I was elected in March), it was agreed with the director of the factory that the information stands in the halls for us and Belkhimprofsoyuz bring in proper form – will order new ones and the old ones will be removed. But it turned out that in some shops hung stands only Belkhimprofsoyuz. In the near future we will solve this issue with the administration, "– said Gennady Varona.
Meanwhile, negotiations with the employer to conclude a new collective agreement for the years 2017-2020 are in the initial stages: at the stage of adoption of the regulations for the conduct of negotiations. The BNP expect that active work on the conclusion of the collective agreement will begin in late September.
