Local fund "Regional Partnership" jointly with Miory district executive committee and Vitebsk regional center for marketing in the EU / UNDP program is implementing initiatives of small and medium businesses with the aim of social and economic development of the region.
April 22 in the sanctuary of republican value "Jelnia" held a thematic seminar-training – a kind of a business school, where their rewards in the form of certificates for the advice and financial support got the best entrepreneurs in the competition.
The winners are:

Galina Pavlovskaya – the concept of using local history, folk traditions, crafts and natural potential;
Alesya Glebko agroekousadby the initiative to create a platform for hippotherapy, the revival of local crafts and traditions, introducing them to a healthy lifestyle, sport and care of animals.

Production of new products and services is a constant driving force of the economy. The number of small and medium-sized businesses at the beginning of 2016 in the area – 32.8 thousand, including 9.2 thousand legal entities and 23.5 thousand IP.... Changes in the structure of work in the past years there: the fourth part is engaged in the trade, the fifth – in the industrial sector, 13 percent – in construction, 8 percent – in transport and communications, 7 percent – in the agricultural sector. Last year, revenues in the coffers of the small and medium enterprises amounted to about 4 trillion. rubles, which is more than 21 percent of the total financial volume. However, this money is not enough. In 2015, the work entered 134 new organizations and 11 productions, including that produced wire, ceramic tile, meat products, clothing, etc. More than 1.5 thousand. New labor places were created in the past year. This year's goal – to create at least 200 industrial organizations small and medium-sized businesses. In addition, the plans for the current year – the partial sale of 187 objects and leasing 44. At the auctions for more than 75 objects. Now the state is in an active search for the initiators.
According to the head of the economic development committee business Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee Alexander Trofimov, Miory region is on a par with the most beautiful regions of Vitebsk, his special nature. And this uniqueness, he said, can be found in the careful application of the business. Firstly, in farm tourism. For example, in the estates, camping, roadside service, as the region is going through a major route for Russian and Lithuanian direction.
As for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the Miory region in this regard, less rich in comparison with other regions, but their work is very effective. The leadership of the Miory district entrepreneurs to cooperate fully.

If someone has not paid, and it was noticed in the work, the payment will have five times higher than the established rate, as the penalty and administrative measures.
