Teachers from the school №1 Hłybokaje came to the general meeting and were surprised to learn that the Department of Education should. It turns out all of last school year they overpaid. And now asking for the money back.
– We have and so the salary was not so hot – 3.8 – 4 million – says one of the teachers of the school. – We have more than 60 teachers work. Here we come to the general assembly and the head teacher and says, "Was checking accounts ROO you wrong-invoiced salaries." Amounts were all different: someone 400 thousand, someone five million. Personally, I was lucky not to have to pay. But these little lucky. Some have already paid, someone else is not. But it is unclear why we should pay for someone else's mistakes?
The situation was explained to the school in the management of labor, employment and social protection of Hłybokaje regional executive committee.
– Yes, indeed, the Department of Education checks Audit Office, – explained in management. – And identify errors in the calculation of salaries. What can I say to teachers. According to article 107 of the Labour Code, wages paid to the employee by the employer unnecessarily, including the incorrect application of the law, cannot be recovered from it, except the counting error. They need to find out why there was an overpayment. If this counting error – they are obliged to return the money. And if it is the human factor – cannot pay. But I understand that for it to answer the one who made the mistake.
– And what about those who have already paid?
– Once they suffered money means accepted in error and were willing to reimburse.
