25 basic units created by the fine members of the international association "For honest government" to Peter Ivanov and Alexander Cholod and 10 basic units to Peter Berlinov - a decision announced on December 23 Pervomaisky district court judge Vitebsk Natalia Korablina. All three were found guilty of violating Article 17.1 of the Administrative Code (petty hooliganism).

Activists charged that on 5 December, they allegedly illegally invaded the area where the house stood Peter Berlinov, which according to the decision of local authorities to be demolished, broke with the gate and beat the guard. As evidence of the guilt of the accused, a disk with the video and witness testimony.

Says Peter Berlinov: "The land is in my use, I have come to their land. "Zhilstroy" by its letter previously notified me that I at any time could come and pick up their property. But the guard would not let me. So it was more than once. 5- th of the land I gave to their friends that they testified that they committed iniquity. we did nothing improper, did not violate the order - we just came to my site. I opened the gate properly - inside, not break it. And we were accused that we break it. and attacked the guard. But he told me it broke jacket and sweater, trying not to let us."

The main witnesses in the court guard allegedly beaten activists. According to Mr. Berlinov answers guards were contradictory,  he was confused in his testimony. Watchman claimed that the activists broke the gate, knocking him and the three lay on it. None of the other witnesses did not confirm this.

As for the other witnesses - two workers of Zhilstroy who worked at the site during the incident - they were trying to tell the truth. "Witnesses confirmed that we have come, to imagine. Although the guard said that we ran, began to beat on his feet metal gate - says Berlinov. - However, the judge Korablina start asking them leading questions that as a result they were confused and testified against us."

Activists believe that their illegally fined. In the near future they are going to appeal the judge's decision Korablina in the regional court.
