The court refused primal Belarusian Independent Trade Union (BNP) workers "Naftan" in meeting the requirements for the city executive committee to reverse the decision to cancel the registration of the supplementary agreement signed with the independent union.
Novopolotsk City Council first register and then annulled the registration of the additional agreements with BNP primary organization of accession to the collective agreement "Naftan". This came after complaints Belkhimprofsoyuz. There sure that supplementary agreement had to agree with them.
The independent trade union sued the City Council, putting the only requirement: to cancel the cancellation of registration of the supplementary agreement. At a hearing on June 18 the judge refused Rimsa independent trade union in the request.

The independent trade union intends to appeal to the regional court.

The leader of the independent trade union "Naftan" also drew attention to the uncomfortable position in which to put the employer.
