June 30, the district court of Vitebsk October began the proceedings by Elena Semenchukova. according to which a breach of a mass gathering, if repeated throughout the year, activist faces a fine of from 20 to 50 base units or administrative arrest.
The trial began as 10:00, but after some time has been interrupted. Judge Ina Hrabovska decided that the police, who detained an activist, something made a mess in the documents prepared for the court, and sent it back for revision. While the police "doing enough" paper, Helen Semenchukova held in October police station area. From there the afternoon it was brought back to court, and the process is resumed. The second trial for the day did not last long - she said the request for involvement in the process of counsel, the judge decided to satisfy the request and adjourned. Continuation of the case is scheduled for 15:00 on July 5.
Elena Semenchukova was arrested by police on the eve of the morning. Detained together with her and her brother, Sergei.
