The audit also revealed violations of legislation on citizens and legal persons, public procurement and other violations of the law.

Following the aforementioned violations prosecutors cities and districts made 25 representations made 13 prescriptions announced one official warning. The prosecutor's office area in Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee made a representation to eliminate violations of the legislation, the causes and conditions that contribute to them.
