In examining the numerous appeals of citizens entering the "hot" telephone line the State Control Committee of the Vitebsk region, as well as information management Vitebsk Regional SPF was revealed that a number of organizations in the agricultural areas of the region were in arrears in the payment of benefits to families with children.

Only after the intervention of the SCC have been taken to reduce the debt in four districts of the region: Haradok, Hlubokaje, Orsha and Sharkovshchina. There, for example, for half were not paid benefits of "Rayagropromsnab Haradok" (payable on 4 February, 61 employees is 134.1 million rubles). In February, the State Control Committee demanded Haradok Executive Committee to take immediate steps to settle the debt, and then in March, the debt was repaid. However, on April 10, remained payable in 11 organizations of Braslav, Haradok, Uszaczy, Pastavy regions and Vitebsk.

To eliminate the violations and prevent them in the future the State Control Committee of Vitebsk region Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee sent proposals for action for the complete repayment of debt by business entities on benefits for families with children, and to consider the application of disciplinary measures to officials of organizations and businesses that regularly allow arrears benefits, the press service of the SCC.

In Vitebsk region major debtors in the benefit are agriculture organizations (201 organizations), which accounted for 86.3% of the total debt.
