At the request of Polotsk sawing large dead trees in the courtyard apartment houses Polotsk executive committee promises to examine the trees. A year ago in the courtyard of apartment buildings along the avenue Scorina about playground collapsed withered tree. Fortunately, there were no tragedy. Today two more dead wood in height from 10 to 15 yards passing by threatening citizens.

Government interference

Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee Alexander Mikhalevich, responding to an appeal by Polotsk "hotline" on demolition wood reported that the ruling government can not do it "... Survey qualitative state possible by the presence and condition of foliage. In summer 2014 will be held an additional examination of trees and shrubs and, if necessary demolition decision will be made...".

Promise not fulfilled

With the same offer residents a court through local government appealed to the Director Andrei of Polotsk Housing sidyukah in June 2013. In his address in the housing they reported : "May 25, 2013 in the courtyard of the house number 23 on the avenue Skaryna collapsed old tree in close proximity to the children's playground. By sheer luck no one was hurt. Today, June 12, 2013, this tree and lies on the yard and is a danger to children. Large size and weight of a fallen tree does not allow to remove it by janitors."

Fallen tree while still removed, and the director of Housing promised that "the demolition of the dry tree in the yard of the house number 21 Ave Skaryna will be made up to 5 August this year [2013]." This promise has not been fulfilled...

Allergic poplar

Residents of house number 21 have long demanded from Housing sawed old (but not yet dried) poplar in the yard, which become a source of allergic fluff. In addition, people are afraid that the old poplar may collapse in strong winds and damage the windows in the house and car in the parking lot. In response, citizens are only bureaucratic unsubscribe, and the danger persists.

Threats increase

Today another tree near the playground and threatens to fall withered. Situation is aggravated by the fact that through this tree (as a prop) stretched a temporary power line which was set back to Polotsk "Dozhinki" 2002. This line of electricity itself is dangerous, as sagging, and before it can be in some places reach out a hand.

Operatively, but not effective

I must say that after reports of dead wood on the "hotline" which spent Polotsk district council chairman Joseph Gribovich, half an hour later the car came into the yard with a tower and demolition workers deadwood. Cut trees but did not, because it interfered motor cars parked near the tree. The next day, residents cleaned the car from the parking lot, but working again and did not come.

When the court will in a safe condition - now unknown.
