May 2 primary organization of the Belarusian Independent Trade Union (BNP ) workers "Naftan" filed a lawsuit against the city council Novopolotsk, said the organization's leader Ivan Svyatokho (pictured). The only requirement to the authorities - to reverse the decision to cancel the registration of the supplementary agreement of the primary BNP accession to the collective agreement.

Earlier, representatives of the independent trade union filed a complaint against the City Council in Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee. But from there, as stated by Ivan Svyatokho came "pure evasion".

"The answer is nothing, there is nonsense written. Allegedly, the city council did the right thing, since our organization was to agree an additional agreement with gosprofsoyuzami. Also wrote that we make changes to the collective agreement, although no changes, we did not make ! In short, complete bullshit, pure evasion - said the source. - We hold the same position : registered in the executive committee wrongfully terminated. Supplementary Agreement concluded with the employer, we agree with Belkhimprofsoyuz not required. Nowhere is this situation is not!"

When will the hearing - is not yet known. But Ivan Svyatokho notes that BNP will fight to the end for justice: "The truth is 100% on our side. But turn the case in court... We know, as we have all done. This is not the last resort, there are regional and republican courts, there is arbitration, the International Labour Organization has.
