Criminal case under part 3 of Article 424 of the Criminal Code "Abuse of power or official authority" instituted against the Deputy Director of JSC "Vitebskhlebprom" March 4 prosecutor Vitebsk. Deputy Director suspected that, contrary to the interests of the service agreements concluded with one of the Company for the supply of products and finished products organized holiday, despite the existence of this society of overdue receivables.

As a result of his actions "Vitebskhlebprom" suffered damage amounting to more than 144 million rubles, which were not paid for the goods shipped. Actions envisaged in the said article of the Criminal Code, punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to ten years with confiscation of property or without confiscation of property and deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities.
