After spending five days in Vitebsk temporary detention facility (IVS) for handing out leaflets inviting per share on March 25, the regional head of the BPF Leanid Autuchou had to see a doctor. According to the policy, in the detention center, he was taken completely healthy, and I got out there, the doctors diagnosed him with "an infectious sore throat." According to Leanid Autuchou, infection, he probably picked up in the detention center, so I asked sanitation center to check for compliance with sanitary norms conditions of detention of citizens in prison.
"I think that I have caught an infection while in custody in the detention center, due to the negligence of its employees and poor organization of management of the institution to maintain sanitary and epidemiological norms in Vitebsk detention center. Given that the IVS daily placed considerable number of citizens, the institution can be a source of mass infection of people "- Autuchou explained the reason for his appeal to the Regional Centre of Hygiene, Epidemiology and Public Health.
The other day politician received a reply to his appeal. The deputy chief doctor of Vitebsk regional hygiene Alex Adeev said that was inspected sanitary conditions IVS. No violations were found: camera equipped with the temperature in them at the time of the survey was 20 - 22oC.
"All persons shall be delivered to the detention center, before placing them on the camera, interviewed medical officer or a duty on the state of health and inspected for scabies, lice, infectious diseases ... Complaints about the health of your fellow prisoners did not show, an ambulance was not called to them ... According to the magazine, "The primary inspection and registration of medical care to those taken to the detention center," "Accounting call ambulance", "Statement of infectious diseases" in the intervening period 2013 cases of infectious diseases were reported, "- said the deputy chief doctor to Autuchou.
Thus, it appears that the head of the Vitebsk BPF, once in the detention center, was almost in a nursing home. However, the question remains: if everything is so good, then what is the cause of infectious disease after five days spent in prison?
