Chairman of the Vitebsk oblast BPF Leanid Autuchou March 6 has applied for a rally to commemorate the 95th anniversary of the Belarusian People's Republic.

According to him, the meeting scheduled for March 25 from 17:30 to 18:30 at the Vitebsk stadium "Locomotive". Autuchou also wrote a complaint to the prosecutor's office and the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee members to refuse the ambulance and the police to conclude contracts for escort mass event.

"Physicians justify refusal in disease and, consequently, failure to ensure support of the event by the ambulance. The police in general, that we first have to get permission to hold a rally, and then they will consider a contract. Although by law it should do the opposite," - he said.

Chairman of the regional branch of the BPF said that the event will be held, despite the possible failure of the local administration.
