In the robbery and brutal murder associated with robbery, an unemployed 34-year-old Turkish citizen is accused, who, according to the investigation, strangled a girl from Bangladesh in Viciebsk. The Investigative Committee completed the investigation. The materials of the criminal case were transferred to the prosecutor for referral to the court. The sanction of the article of the criminal code, on which the charge is charged, provides for an exceptional measure of punishment in the form of the death penalty.

February 8, 2018 with a statement about the loss of compatriot in the Viciebsk militia turned her countryman. On February 10, investigators concluded that the 34-year-old Turk was involved in the disappearance of the girl, who confessed and pointed out the place where the body was hidden. The body of a 29-year-old citizen of the People's Republic of Bangladesh was found in a pipe near the 5th Industrial Street.

As the investigators found, on the evening of February 6, the attacker attacked a woman in her room and caused a large number of traumatic effects, including the head. After that, the victim was strangled – the killer wrapped a scarf around her mouth and nose.

Then the accused took the corpse out of the apartment and hid it in a culvert. Returning to the dwelling, he took his mobile phone and laptop of the murdered girl, as well as a wallet from 1900 euros.

The attacker hid things killed in the storage room of one of the stores in Pervomaisky district. These actions were in the field of view of the CCTV camera. Subsequently, the laptop, documents and other property of the victim from the storage room as a find was transferred from the store to the police.

Procedural actions with the accused were held with the participation of an interpreter, including an investigative experiment. As a result, an unemployed 34-year-old citizen of the Republic of Turkey was charged with robbery with penetration into the home and causing serious bodily harm (part 3 of Article 207 of the Criminal Code) and murder associated with robbery committed with particular cruelty (clauses 6 and 12 of part 2 of article 139 CC), said Svetlana Sakharova, the official representative of the USC for the Viciebsk region.

The accused is in custody from the moment of detention.
