Sergei Kovalenko sure that the explosion in Vitebsk are Belarusian secret services: "I believe that all the explosions in Belarus - a job KGB. And this act of terrorism - a part of the same chain. Such explosions authorities have several aims. One of them - is to distract people's attention from the pseudo-boycott in pseudo-parliament, held recently."

However, Sergei Kovalenko said that people do not believe the official version of explosion: "People open the eyes to who and how directing the attacks. Now almost no one believes that the explosion in the Minsk metro could make some simple mechanic and electrician," - he said.

According to the former political prisoner, the authorities are trying to divert people's attention from the problems with the economy and the protests: "In a society strongly protests grow, approaching a new wave of economic crisis.
