On September 4, the senior investigator of the third investigative department of the Viciebsk city department of the Investigative Committee K. Kazimirskaya summoned a psychiatrist Igor Postnov, on the phone, for questioning in the criminal case initiated under Part 1 of Article 400 of the Criminal Code – "a knowingly false report on the commission of a crime". From the investigator's office, a psychiatrist was forcibly sent to the "Navinki" to undergo a stationary psychiatric examination.

In the investigator's office, I felt sick: the pressure jumped. I asked to call an ambulance – they refused me. Instead the ambulance was called by the police, and the police put handcuffs on and dragged them into a car – and took them to Minsk. However, in the car handcuffs were removed. Made a protocol for disobeying the police – for not having passed into the car. So I could not go to the car: I felt bad, I had to call the doctors. He asked for a book of complaints – they did not give it out either.
Tomorrow morning I plan to report to the Investigative Committee and write a complaint to the investigator that she be punished for gross violations.

But I'm quite sane, not a penny-busting bum. The examination, conducted in Viciebsk, did not find any mental illnesses in me and recommended in-patient follow-up.
I just wrote a complaint to the Prosecutor General's Office asking him to sort out the story of one guy who was "shut down" in the pretrial detention center. I did not even ask to punish someone specifically, but asked to understand the situation – and put everything on the Internet. And against me for this a criminal case was opened on the article "knowingly false information about the commission of a crime". I did not inform anyone.
