On April 20, the Oktyabrsky District Court of Viciebsk passed a trial of another participant in an unauthorized action in the city. It is noteworthy that, accused of violating the administrative code, Lynsh Yuri Alexandrovich, is not a resident of Viciebsk, but came from Minsk and, he said, happened to be in the center of the city on the day of the action.
Yuri was charged under Article 23.34, part 2 as the organizer of an unauthorized march of "non-parasites", which was held in the city on February 26 and became the most popular popular action in the city's newest history.
As it became custom, the court passed without witnesses and a lawyer, and the accusations were based on video recordings and protocols drawn up by the police. In addition to the usual "business", on the table in front of the judge lay a sealed scroll of thick paper. As it turned out, it was a white-red-white flag, which figured as an instrument for committing an offense.
Proceeding from the materials of the case it followed that on the Victory Square Yuri gathered around him a lot of people, and then, organizing them in columns and holding a white-red-white flag in their hands, led them through the center of the city to Lenin Square, where he held a rally . Besides this, he shouted slogans all along the way: "No to decree number three! Lukashenko, go away!", "Who is the main parasite? This is our president!","Long live Belarus!", "Basta!".
In his defense, Yuri said that he came to the city as a traveler and does not know anyone here, and he does not know the city itself, so he could not organize such a mass action, even if he wanted to. According to him, the stock was at least 4,000 people.
As a result, Judge Zharikova Alesia Sergeevna predictably made a decision to expose the boy to punishment in the form of a 15-day administrative arrest. Yuri was taken into custody right in the courtroom. Moreover, a verdict was handed down to the most white-red-white flag: the historical symbol of Belarus, which the judge called a cloth, was "condemned" by the "extermination".
